Ex-Detroit mayor to resume testimony on finances (NBC 24 Toledo)

Ex-Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is to return to Detroit as a hearing continues on his personal finances and a request to have his $6,000 monthly restitution to the city halved. Today's hearing is in Wayne County Circuit Court.
